What if I don’t know what I need?
Say so. Every question has an “I don’t know yet” answer, and we suggest a sensible page from the rest.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You choose blocks, write your words and pick a look. There is no code to write.
How many questions are there?
About ten short ones. You can skip any of them and come back.
What is a block?
A block is one part of the page, such as the opening banner, a gallery or a contact form. A page is a stack of blocks.
What is the editor?
A small extra that lets you change the words and pictures on your finished page yourself, without touching any code.
Can I change the page later?
Yes. With the editor you change the words yourself. Without it you can change the files by hand, or ask us.
Who owns the page?
You do. You get the files and can put them anywhere.
Do I need hosting and a domain name?
Yes. A page needs somewhere to live online and an address people can type. Neither is included, and the guide that comes with your files shows how to set them up.
What does “we build it” mean?
You answer the questions, leave an email address or a phone number, and we get in touch. We agree the price with you before any work starts.
How much does “we build it” cost?
There is no price list for it. We talk first about what you need, then we tell you the price, and nothing is charged until you agree.
Can I try before I pay?
You can build and look at your page before you pay. You pay when you want to take the files.
Can the page be in more than one language?
Yes. Each language is a copy of the page with its own words. Tell us how many in the questions.
What do I need to have ready?
Your words, photos and a logo if you have them. If you have none, say so; we tell you what to prepare.
Where are my answers kept?
While you answer, they stay in your browser. They are sent to us only when you ask us to build the page or to contact you, or when you sign in to build it yourself: then they are saved to your account, so you can carry on from another device.
